DeChambeau tied for 33rd in the 2017 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow and recorded finishes of fourth and T-9 in the Wells Fargo Championship before departing the PGA Tour. His unimpressive results on the LIV series this year bear no weight to his major championship pedigree and motivation.
