That's where we started our best strikeout prop bets today, too, as Spencer Strider made his return against the Toronto Blue Jays.
We then head to Baltimore, and could we possibly back the struggling Orioles to chase Gavin Williams?
Finally, after finding success fading the starting pitcher opposing the Los Angeles Dodgers last night, we're going back to the well. It's a quartet of Unders on Wednesday, so get ready for a sweat.

Best odds: -105 via DraftKings (bet $10 to win $9.52)
Following a rough sophomore campaign, many fans are expecting a bounce-back season for Williams. Thus far, he's looked pretty solid.
The big righty is averaging 9.69 punchouts per nine innings in his first three starts and he cleared this line in his last outing. However, he's yet to go especially deep in any game, logging only 13 innings across those three appearances.
Williams is projected for a similar workload today against the Orioles, hovering right around five innings. Accordingly, he's projected for 4.62 strikeouts. What does that mean for this Under, exactly?
Well, it means this prop should probably be trading at 4.5, as the break-even price on Under 5.5 is -212 based on this projection. A number of our best MLB betting sites are already significantly shorter on the Under, too, as FanDuel offers it at -128 and Caesars is at -129.

Now we come to the bets that need less of an explanation.
The first one is the Under on Jonathan Cannon, who stinks. That's all this is about, really. Sure, this isn't a particularly big total, but the guy is awful. The only real risk for this bet is that the White Sox let him fall on his sword on the mound because they, too, are awful.
I'm backing a pair of Athletics hitters with my other MLB bets today, so you can see that I'm fading Cannon on all fronts.
Cannon is projected for just 3.85 strikeouts tonight, providing us with better than 25% +EV on this bet.

Finally, as I mentioned at the top, we had a lot of success by fading Ryan Feltner against the Dodgers last night, and it was completely sweatless. He lasted only 2 2/3 innings and racked up a grand total of one strikeout.
I'm expecting a similar performance by German Marquez tonight.
I just want to take this time to ask, what are the Rockies even doing at this point? You look at other bad teams like the White Sox and you can kind of see the vision. The Rockies are just pitiful. They have this beautiful ballpark, a history of rostering Hall of Fame-worthy talent, and they're just giving us absolutely nothing. Dodgers by a million tonight.

As I mentioned, Strider makes his highly anticipated regular-season return this afternoon, and I don't think he'll have a particularly long leash.
Eventually, I anticipate Strider to return to doing very Strider-esque things, but that's not the expectation for today's game against the Blue Jays. The right-hander is projected to go less than five innings, which makes racking up seven punchouts incredibly difficult.
That's especially true against a Blue Jays team that's striking out at the third-lowest rate in the majors this season and just got after Spencer Schwellenbach yesterday. He looked unhittable before Tuesday's start, during which he managed to go only 4 2/3 innings and strike out three Jays hitters.
The punchouts will come for Strider, but not today.
