The Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers square off for Game 2 of their best-of-7 playoff series tonight. Tipoff from Rocket Arena in Cleveland is 7:30 p.m. ET (NBA TV).

🔥 1st leg: Bam Adebayo Over 19.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Adebayo was one of the few Heat players who showed up in Game 1, as he scored 24 points on 10-of-22 shooting from the field. Adebayo averaged just 18.1 points per game this season, so it’s not surprising to see every major sportsbook with this total at 19.5 or lower. However, Adebayo is being undervalued in a matchup that has been great for him all year.

Including the postseason, Adebayo has played the Cavaliers four times. He’s scored at least 21 in three of those games, and in one of those three, he dropped 34. His worst scoring performance was 16 points, which occurred back on Dec. 8.

FanDuel and DraftKings both have this total set at 18.5, but the price for the Over at each is too high. Because of Adebayo’s success against the Cavaliers this season, take the higher number for the better price.

🔥 2nd leg: Darius Garland Over 2.5 made 3-pointers ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Garland knocked down 5 of his 9 attempted 3-pointers on Sunday, scoring 27 points, the second-most of any Cavalier. He’s now has at least 4 made 3-pointers in three of his last five games.

Garland finished the regular season averaging 2.8 made 3-pointers per game. He’s faced the Heat three times, and he’s made at least 3 threes in two of those contests. He made 2 in the other game, so he has a high ceiling entering this game. The Heat rank 18th in 3-pointers allowed per game, and after allowing the Cavaliers to make 18 in Game 1, there’s no reason to fade a great shooter in his home arena.

🔥 3rd leg: Donovan Mitchell 30+ points⭐⭐⭐

For the final leg of this parlay, I’m taking a bit of a chance. Mitchell scored 30 points in Game 1, and I’m backing him to replicate that performance tonight. Mitchell has now scored at least 30 points against the Heat in two of his last three games against them. And in the one game where he failed to hit that mark, he still scored 26.

The NBA’s 16th-leading scorer averaged 24.0 points per game during the regular season. Despite shooting poorly from 3-point range in Game 1, he still led all scorers and was the only player in the game to hit 30. Mitchell is a 36.8% 3-point shooter who averages 3.3 makes per game. He has a lot of room to improve upon his 2-of-9 Game 1, which is why this alternate line is one of the best plays of the game.
