We'll be treated to an epic NCAA Championship matchup tonight at 8:50 p.m. ET (CBS) when the Houston Cougars meet the Florida Gators to conclude the NCAA Tournament. That doesn't mean we're guaranteed a close result to end March Madness, though.

Over the last four years, only one national championship has been decided by fewer than 15 points - and that ended with Kansas erasing a record 16-point deficit against North Carolina to win the 2022 title. So we're looking to profit on another potential blowout with a lucrative same-game parlay (SGP) at FanDuel ahead of the national championship tonight.

Houston narrowly survived its Final Four test with Duke, winning by three points in the final seconds, but the Cougars absolutely dominated Tennessee in a 69-50 win in the Elite Eight as part of an 18-game winning streak entering the NCAA Championship tonight.

Kelvin Sampson's squad has outscored opponents by 10.5 points on average across that nation-best win streak, and 10 of those 18 wins came by at least nine points. That's what happens when teams can't find the bottom of the net against the country's top-ranked defense, which held the Blue Devils to one of their worst offensive showings of the season.

Florida boasts the second-best offense in the country, but more than a third of its points come from beyond the arc. If the Gators' shot runs cold, this could get ugly.

✅ LJ Cryer 20+ points (+172)

The only player with national championship experience, Cryer has grown from a reserve role for Baylor in 2021 to the leading scorer for this Houston squad - something he's openly discussed as a motivating factor heading into the title game tonight.

The fifth-year senior put the team on his back in the Final Four, scoring 26 points with six made 3-pointers to will the Cougars to an improbable comeback win over Duke. That's why he's one of the Most Outstanding Player odds favorites entering the NCAA Championship. If Houston blows out Florida, Cryer will likely be at the center of it all.

✅ J'Wan Roberts 10+ rebounds (+320)

Roberts is the senior captain and winningest player in Houston basketball history, and he's sure to play a major role tonight for the Cougars regardless of the final result.

His defense is what should keep him on the court for 30-plus minutes tonight, but his rebounding could help extend the margin if Florida's shots aren't falling. Roberts grabbed 12 boards in the Final Four against Duke and in the Sweet 16 against Maryland - I'd expect a similar result if the Gators' offense can't find success against Roberts and Co.
